Gaylan Sweet ARRESTED!...
Sure, it's many years later and I can look back on the accident as a bad time, but these days I'm better and happier.  Who knew that I could actually smile when reading about Gaylan in the news?

DISCLAIMER: This is my own account of what happened.  All people, incidents, and events are true and accurate.  My goal here is to educate people about the questionable ethics and practices of Allstate Insurance.

Let's hope Gaylan is in "good hands" in jail...and that he gets "rear ended" too!

UPDATE 7/05: It seems that Gaylan Sweet was working a scam within the confines of Allsnake.  He concocted a pair of phony claims that paid out over $700,000 to his accomplices.  Yes, this jackass actually falsified medical documents and police reports surrounding the death of fictitious children who were hit and killed by a car in non-existent intersections in San Diego.

It seems that Gaylan waited until someone went on vacation and then began his scams so it would go undetected.  But, he was caught, and the 'snake' in Allsnake was arrested.

Rather than me telling you about it, here are the stories as found on the SignOnSanDiego.com web site:

ARTICLE ONE: More than $700,000 paid in two area 'fatalities'
If, for some reason, the article above is no longer valid, you can read the story here.

ARTICLE TWO: Bogus claims led to payouts of more than $700,000
